HAHAHAHA- this totally made my day (love the "Oh, hello there...") You are going to kill the IOC. Be sure you cite evidence to support your argument and be sure to touch on the "so what?"/effect part; really think about organization- it gets weak whenever you can't see what you just said (which happens when speaking).
